Convertible top hydraulic hinge seals broken. Top would not open or close. Removed top, sent hinge to be refurbished. After hinge seals fixed, reinstalled. 
28500 mi No repairs since the purchase of the vehicle in August 2004. Silicone lubricant was used in Nov.'04 to correct a wind leak on the driver's side window that occurred at speeds above 40 mph. Problem solved!
