Clicking/groaning from rear axle when starting from a stop, esp'ly when changing direction. Performed tech bulletin ITB05-002b, including all new hardware (bolts, etc). Problem was solved. Took 3 days to get the hardware from Nissan.
84000 mi Clutch pedal would return (up) only 2/3, not last 1/3. Clutch plate appears to work fine, no slipping. Trustworthy mechanic says there is a TSB on this issue; replace clutch pedal assembly with redesigned OEM. FOLLOWUP: My mechanic loosened the pedal a little and the problem went away. No replacement needed.
100140 mi

US $307
Replaced OEM clutch pedal with RJM Rev 4 AFP Pedal. Original pedal was binding and returning only halfway, especially during spirited driving. This was getting worse over the past couple years. The RJM pedal is AWESOME. Not only is it easier on the leg, it is smoother to engage and disengage. It is also adjustable, but I used the recommended "75" setting.
118260 mi

US $500
Pinion seal on differential housing was leaking. Replaced seal. Also, rear differential mount OEM fluid bushing was leaking/empty (had been like that for a long time). Replaced all 3 differential mounts with urethane bushings. Less wheel hop, tighter engagement when shifting, but some whiny noise is noticeable transmitting into the frame when under power.
38000 mi Loose rear axel bolts.
16000 mi Clutch Pedal wont fully release
45000 mi Clicking noise from rear of vehicle. It was deemed that the rear axles were making the noise and there was a TSB regarding the issue.
18000 mi ITB05-002b. Both rear wheel areas exhibited clicking noises during starting from a stop, both forward and reverse directions. Repaired via ITB05-002b instructions -- dealer applied lubrication to driveshaft flanges.
34500 mi

US $200
Dealer couldn't find clutch rattle when pedal pressed in. Probably release bearing, left it alone. Release bearing - replaced under warranty
37000 mi defective manual transmission replaced under OEM warranty.
59000 mi Gear grinding.. needed new transmission, etc...
