During my most recent oil change at a Honda dealer I was told my front brake pads were down to one mm and needed to be replaced shortly. Based on this information I ordered new front ceramic brake pads. When I removed the old pads I discovered that they have at least 4mm of friction surface left, not the 1mm stated by the dealer. I plan to take the removed pads to the dealership and discuss this information with the service manager. |
