6-cylinder automatic 4WD

42780 mi Rear diff making noise when slowing down at around 40 kph. Replaced diff. This is the second replacement diff for the same reason. Diff is OK for 1000 km city drive w/0 problem than 200 km uninterrupted trip seems to trigger that noise.
