4-cylinder automatic 4WD

80000 mi Timing was still off from July 2010 repair. They replaced timing chain/tensioner, valve cover gasket, front crank seal, engine mount. Reassembled engine. Replaced oil filter. Cleared code. 7 hrs of labor. The same day car was picked up from previous repair, the engine light came back on. Car was taken immediately back to the dealer. They found camshaft timing over retarded. Found PCM using stored values from previous VVT actuator. 
82000 mi Previous problems continuing. Belt Tensioner was seized and threw the drive belt. Replaced drive belt tensioner and drive belt. Charged battery, topped off coolant.
