Engine misfired and stalled. Repair consisted of: PCM update/re-learned throttle body/replaced Cam and Crank Sensor/replaced all spark plugs/replaced #1 & 2 injectors/replaced MAP sensor and EGR valve--(MAP Sensor had missing internal valve and EGR valve had carbon keeping valve open, causing a constant vacuum leak).
