85000 mi

US $230
New belt tensioner
57000 mi

US $802
The car started running rough and it turned out all 4 cylinders were misfiring. Valve adjustments, filter changes, and spark plug changes had no effect. Ended up being a problem with all sensors and the computer.
76700 mi

US $360
Engine light came on then started blinking, car convulsing. Towed to dealer. Spark plug had come out & blown out ignition coil. Almost destroyed cylinder. Installed new spark plug and torqued. Almost a $5000 fix. Car wells fine, for now.
90000 mi

US $500
The cars engine has been severely acting up for the pat 7 months--feels like bad gas. While sitting at idle, the engine stutters, jumps, and hiccups almost to the point of stalling out. I have researched the issue and it is known to plague the car. Many say it is an ignition coil/spark plug issue. I took it to the local Honda dealership...they had it for 3 days...and couldn't "replicate the problem." Uhhhhh what? I encounter this problem every single time I'm in the car and your "experts" can't find it? They said there were no computer error messages, yet a 3 year old would be able to feel the issue sitting in the car. Ridiculous. Needless to say I won't be taking my vehicle there again (several other issues occurred including dealer gouging my steering wheel during the test drives and blaming me for it) Issue still persists in my daily driving. Dealing with this crap is really getting old.
91000 mi

US $849
Took car back to dealer. Had 2 managers and a technician drive around with me in the car so I could show them what the problem was. They finally believed me. They admitted that "in certain conditions they could duplicate the problem." Tech believed it was a coil pack problem--said Cylinder 1 was misfiring intermittently. Dealer ordered parts and I took car back to have repair done. Tech replaced all 4 coils. Have driven the car for 4 days now and so far, car seems to be operating normally. 2 mos later: car has not duplicated issue. Appears to be fixed.
74000 mi

Believe it is a vacuum leak. Sounds behind upper intake. Dealer recommended replacing upper intake gaskets and adjusting valvetrain. Originally 1100 but Honda paying 50 percent.
13900 mi Fuel injection issue, car won't start at times. Dealer unable to duplicate however.

21000 mi Dealer readjusted valves.

3000 mi The chip in the keyfob no longer started the car. It was demagnatized.

15000 mi Car would not start, and had to be towed. Engine mount was to blame--recall for this--and battery was found to be defective and replaced also.
16000 mi Car again would not start. Finally, I got it to start, and drove it to the dealer. They could not replicate the problem. Car has not been fixed.
