| 201000 mi | I was in for brake scraping sound issues 2-3 times before. This time they decided some plate on the back of the brake pad was scraping my rotor and was likely caused during install. They said it was “pushed in too far” or something like that. They did not charge me this time since they already charged me around $600 last time for new OEM ceramic pads and turned my rotors. Dealer then warranties for a year. And this was same problem I went in for last time. |
