Wranglers with automatics from 07 to 12 are known for poor AC performance on extended trips in warm/hot weather, so added a transmission cooler bcuz oddly jeep uses a AC cooler with yhe transmission cooler, i was increasing capacity. This helped but not a cure. Used a mishimoto cooler.

2010 Jeep Wrangler 4dr SUV

202-horsepower 3.8L V6 4-speed automatic 4WD, part-time w/low range

5340 mi Trying to find out why headlights only stay on when the switch is switched off. It takes 2 to 3 on/off cycles of the HL switch to turn off headlights sometimes. Couldn't duplicate problem and no codes in PCM.
14500 mi Replaced a wire that runs from ABS module to the left rear brake sensor. Had ABS light constant on as well as NO ABS function at all.
23000 mi

US $500
I only brought it in for a recall. Electrical systems affected: No cruise control, no ABS, check engine light stays on. Dealer replaced harness after extensive diagnosis. There is under 20,000 miles on this always maintained car.
23000 mi Check engine light wouldn't go away. I replaced the battery and the light went away. Even though the car started, light apparently stays on with low voltage. This is undocumented, and otherwise would have forced a dealer visit. Low tire pressure warning wouldn't go away, despite the fact I repeatedly checked tire pressure of all four tires plus spare. I ended up having to overfill all tires to make the light stop.
45260 mi cluster shut down multiple times. this was reported since may 2012 and looked after on 3 occasions by the dealer
46060 mi

C $50
second trip^for the shorting cluster. this time, dealer flashed the PCM
50220 mi shorting cluster problem was identified as a misconnected door ground

Headlights would intermittently shut off. Quite the thrill! TIPM module replacement.
