2000 mi Rear suspension looses air and collapses after 2-3 days.  Four or five rattles inside the car, some very prevalent. Fixed some of them, but the pano roof continued to produce excessive noise. There is also a noticable thud in the trunk that they said is a common trait of the air suspension.

2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 4dr Sedan

268-horsepower 3.5L V6 7-speed shiftable automatic RWD

2000 mi Cargo tiedown in truck popped out. Part didn't expand properly when installed at factory. Replacement part ordered and install next day in 15 minutes. Appears to be fine. Service & parts folks said most rare problem. 
12000 mi Cover on the driver-side arm of the trunk fell off due to defective part. New cover ordered and received in a few days. Service Writer installed new one in a couple of minutes rather than have me wait on mechanic. 
32000 mi Sections of the wood trim had faded. Replaced all wood trim in the car (even seemingly non-faded portions). 
7000 mi Small area of leather part of steering wheel deteriorating. Dealer had specialist repair it.  
13000 mi After sitting in hot sun for a while, sunroof is noisey when opening/closing. Lubed, but this was also done a year ago and noise returned. 
13600 mi Leather on steering wheel shredding. S/W replaced under warranty. 
21000 mi Burl walnut trim replaced under TSB and/or extended warranty. This was an established defect in early W212's.

40300 mi Driver seat leather, bottom section thread came loose and leather came apart. Entire leather for whole seat replaced Wood trim pieces fading. All wood trim pieces replaced 
carpet on driver side was not tucked in correctly under pillar. Adjusted and fixed by dealer in less than 15 min. 
1550 mi Chrome trim piece that extends the horizontal length of the trunk above the license plate is stained by a few spots that can't be removed. Embedded in the chrome. 3-4 spots, 1/4 the size of a pencil eraser head. Will be bringing into to dealer for warrant 
5000 mi The rear horizontal chrome trim that extends the length of the truck was stained within the chrome coating. The part was replaced. The rear horizontal chrome trim that extends the length of the truck was stained within the chrome coating. The part was replaced. 
3000 mi Interior Trim around door (drivers) damaged by owner entering vehicle. Replaced entire piece of damaged trim.
