Hot air coming from vents (especially on the passenger side) when A/C is on....bad blend door actuator suspected (a common problem on a lot of cars). Replaced actuator under steering wheel, no change. The other two actuators can only be accessed reportedly by removing the dash...10 hours of labor for a $35 dollar part (dumb engineering)...living with the problem until I get the opportunity to try and get at the passenger side actuator..
