when new - the trunk would pop go up part way and then easily open the rest of way. after awhile it would not pop open much and then really had to push it open and force it all the way up. not that it was a big deal it was just very annoying. condensation in both mirror-side turning signals eventually caused significant malfunction in the driver's signal.
