2800 mi Front Speakers are buzzing when volume is moderately turned up on bass notes. Back are fine but front are buzzing.
3000 mi Replaced both front speakers due to buzzing from speakers. Stereo system has no bass and little treble as well. All Mid in the speakers and the rear dont work very much at all. Dealer has request into Subaru Tech for an answer. This is what is killing my front speakers. Head unit may be bad.
5000 mi Took car back to dealer to see if they have a fix. three weeks later nothing. They dont know why and have no idea on when they are going to figure out whats wrong. Really depressing that both our Subaru Radios are going or are gone. :-( New Radio came in and was replaced. Still the same issue of no MID or BASS in the radio and then in the CD player it's all bass in only the front speakers which are starting to buzz again. Told now that this is how the radios are, Crappy
6700 mi Took to dearler because light in the Factory Boost gauge stopped working. Cant replace as it is an issue Subaru is trying to figure out with all cars. Told to return next month. took to dearler because light in the Factory Boost gauge stopped working. Cant replace as it is an issue Subaru is trying to figure out with all cars. 8000 mi Took to dealer about radio again and boost gauge for replacement. Boost gauge is still not available from Subaru. Light is still burnt out inside gauge. Radio still has no bass and little mid when on radio. Front speakers are going again.
12000 mi They finally replaced the bulb in the Boost gauge that has been out for months. The whole gauge had a recall but now it's working so fingers crossed it doesnt burn out again.
14000 mi light bulb for factory boost gauge burnt out again and had to be replaced again.
15000 mi Seat heater in Drivers seat died. Back still works but seat died.
16000 mi Dealership finally ordered and received the parts to replace the seat heater for the drivers seat that had failed.
6000 mi Blinkers don't work properly. Service manager confirmed it's a known issue that the wiring harness is cut too short causing a break in connection intermittently. Bad ground in the alternator causing a feedback loop in the interior speaker system. Noise is deafening and can only be cured by turning the car off. Dealership refuses to treat unless I can replicate in their presence.
