28000 mi Engine failed to start after driving 1/2 mile. After five attempts it finally started but check engine light came on and after driving to work there was a strong burning smell. Car driven to dealer next day when only found communication errors with Transmission Control Module. Servicing Dealer did not remove transmission and instead just reflashed TCM. Car subject to prior recall for TCM issue. If break down occurs again will be taken to selling dealer and a lemon law claim may be filed as it would be third issue if another occurrence. Has extended warranty (life time). 
17980 mi Symptom: DDCT. no park assist msg. Error codes said TCM errors. Fix: TCM module had to be replaced. Result: transmission shifts smoother and gas mileage is improved. 
2480 mi Clutch made a squeaky sound when depressed. They tried oiling it but it did not work. They had to change the pedals.
