3700 mi Rear lift gate misaligned causing the electric gate to not always latch without manually closing. 
7500 mi Auto rear lift gate not closing without manual intervention. Not properly repaired on earlier visits. 
2000 mi Tilt wheel would not tilt. Ford had to replace entire steering column at 1,500 miles. Works fine now but came that way from factory. Quality first?

168-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD

10000 mi right rear passenger door. The inside pulls loose from the outside, then you are unable to open the door. Dealer said the way the vehicle is built nothing can be done. Said to "shut door easier". 
13500 mi Right front window would not go up in the winter time. Was advised Ford has a tech. bulletin for this. 
16000 mi Fixed right front window, though will have to wait for winter to be sure.
