29140 mi Electronic shifter shorts if coffee spilled 
21080 mi Replace transmission due to jest shift from 2nd to 3rd gear. 
21000 mi Brought in for a TSB that said coolant fluid could possibly contaminate transmission fluid. They did not see any signs of contamination but replaced the O-rings. 
50220 mi Transmission started 'chirping between 4-5 gears, then started slipping. This occurred after transmission oil replacement. Warranty replaced transmission and some cooling lines under recall notice. 
5000 mi Dealer applied newest update to transmission. Still has the 2-3 rough shift issue and is very lousy overall. 
6000 mi Took a technician for a test drive for issues with my transmission, he acknowledged the 2-3 rough shift and some hesitation at times. Was told to drive the vehicle should break in at 10k miles. Not an acceptable answer. 
7000 mi Transmission replaced, most jerkiness is gone but some is still there. 
1700 mi Since delivery this vehicle had a bad transmission vibration. Dealer recalibrated more than once. Tires also replaced from Bridgestone to Michelin. Both fixes helped but still slight vibration in transmission at certain RPM. 
19300 mi Transmission replaced. 
8000 mi Transmission has harsh shift points. random downshifts and lack of shifts when needed. 
10900 mi Very rough shifting, Software update installed, did not completely resolve the problem. 
13000 mi Took the car in. Dealer told me their is nothing more they can do. 
1200 mi rough low speed shifts. Rough shifting. 
2000 mi Rough 2nd and 3rd shift. 
Vibration issue. For details go to acurazine and search for posts by sobrut911. Considered "normal" by Acura. Many owners are experiencing this problem. Rather than get into long drawn out battle, I took a financial hit and got rid of the car. 
11500 mi Transmission performed terribly from purchase. I think it went to the dealer a total of 8 times for the transmission. Acura finally replaced with a newer working transmission.

4340 mi Transmission failure. Code P0174. Limp mode. Another transmission failure, same symptoms. 
4340 mi Arbitration decision directed Honda to refund 99% of purchase price. 
6200 mi Constant vibration at highway speeds. Not related to tire balancing. Acura is aware of problem but offered no solution yet. 
7000 mi Between gears 2 and 3 the transmission has a lag in response time before engaging to the next gear. As if the transmission is hunting/looking for the correct gear. 
18000 mi The transmission shifts roughly between 2nd and third gears. As if hunting for the correct gear to be in.

31000 mi Software update for rough shifting. Repair has remedied "shift bump" slowing down for stop and 2-3 rough upshift. 
24000 mi Transmission replaced due to leaks. 
25420 mi Jerky transmission when coming to a stop, it feels like you are being rear ended. 
7000 mi Transmission jerky at times most at the top of the morning but also slowing down randomly. Dealer had it for several days to test cold starts. Reset transmission learning mode. Seems to have solved the issue. Reported by others in forums. 
17000 mi Car would jerk forward sometimes at a stop.
