19500 mi Replaced leaking water pump 
3000 mi leaking head gasket from factory. Replaced head gasket and head bolts. Possible issue with gasket or inadequately torqued head bolts from factory (GM diagnosis) Symptom was burping coolant overflow tank. 
25000 mi EGR Cooler Bypass valve failed. Service Emission System countdown started (175 miles to limited speed). Valve was replaced - required removal of truck cab from frame for rear engine access. 
55000 mi turbo actuator failed. Replaced entire turbo as unit.
