2015 Dodge Grand Caravan 4dr Minivan, ext.

283-horsepower 3.6L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD

47000 mi Passenger side door lock assembly would not engage manually or with door or key fob controls. After replacing assembly dealership realized the door will now not disengage from the locked position. I had to leave with a loaner vehicle. Update: fixed it. I was really out of sorts that a new lock assembly on the van was $1,000 + The dealership sent me a survey and I told them how disappointed I was that a van less than 3 years old would need a repair that was almost 1/15th the value if the car. And for a lick a things! Then I got a phone call explaining they were concerned with the marks I gave them on the survey and they would do a good will repair if I would refill out the survey giving them higher marks.
10000 mi Piece of the stow-N-go seat assembly broke off. Had to replace the assembly. Under warranty.
