44000 mi Exhaust cam follower failure - it disintegrated. Engine inoperable. Upon inspection, will require either head replacement or entirely new engine. Will not know until I pull the head.

14000 mi A solenoid got stuck open, which caused the check engine light to come on. Easy work, done the same day. 
14000 mi I received a check engine light that was likely caused by bad wiring of the car. Dealer fixed the wiring to be in accordance with Fiat specs and also replaced the fuel gauge sensor just to be sure it wasn't a hardware issue. 
15000 mi Boost evap hose was malfunctioning and so throwing a P1CEA error. Dealer replaced it.

I hit a bump knocking the hose clamp off the hose going from the turbo charger to the intercooler. The computer then put the car into limp home mode. Dealer replaced the clamp and hose - not a warranty issue,

Oil leaking on to ground. Regular oil change at dealer showed mass oil all over engine. Diagnostic check by dealer one day in shop += $120. Reported problem - Cam shaft bearing and bearing seal source of leak. Cost estimate $1,492.00 (parts, labor, tax included). Left dealer with no work done. Seeking second opinion at another garage. Oil leaking excessively, coating entire engine, dripping onto ground. Diagnosis revealed cam bearing housing gasket failed. Warranty expired - out by 21,000 miles. Parts, labor, tax estimate to repair/replace= $1492.00. New cam carrier gasket, vacuum pump gasket, cylinder head cover gasket, oil filter and oil. multi point inspection. Dealer assistance thru Samantha Dey (service manager,) reduced costs greatly. payment of $258.00

small hose to the coolant recovery tank (with crimped on clamp) was leaking. They replaced the crimped on clamp with a traditional screw-type clamp. Seems to have stopped the leak.
