24000 mi Blend door actuator fail, unit replaced 
37000 mi Perimeter alarm started going off randomly throughout the day and night. Never received a "door ajar" light while driving. Lubricated all latches including the hood latch (hood latch has sensor for alarm), problem stopped. FORScan shows the last 5 alarms were tripped by the hood sensor. 
49000 mi Nothing done yet. Blend door actuator has a stripped gear. It will be inexpensive to repair but a real bear to get to. Common failure according to forums.

2000 mi Vent hose not attached at factory, left loose inside dash. It fell and pinned foot to accelerator. Free repair, 5 minutes. 
11700 mi Air flap actuator failed and ejected driver's footwell pipe for hvac on top of pedals. Actuator replaced and pipe reconnected. 
19000 mi HVAC pipe in driver's footwell fell off again. Reattached myself in under 5 minutes.
