It would flash between the trip odometer and the odometer rapidly, then often it would reset the trip odometer. The instrument cluster was replaced solving the issue.
Perimeter alarm started going off randomly throughout the day and night. Never received a "door ajar" light while driving. Lubricated all latches including the hood latch (hood latch has sensor for alarm), problem stopped. FORScan shows the last 5 alarms were tripped by the hood sensor.
