6000 mi Noises continued which they believe is transmission related. Re-flashed software on the transmission and it went away for a few days but has come back again.

33000 mi Driveline vibration from 40 mph on up thru 55 mph. Particularly noticable in cold weather. Changed out tires and wheels. No change. Took it in to dealership. Dealership could not find the problem. Topped off transmission fluid. Did not reinstall skid plates. I had to take Jeep back to dealership to put skid plates back on. Repair unsuccessful. 
41000 mi Diagnostic visit to isolate vibration that dealer was unable to isolate. Amigo was able to determine that either the front or rear propshaft is out of balance. Shop provided documentation to take to dealer for warranty repair Dealer isolated vibration to rear propshaft, ordered part

3000 mi Harsh shifting and occasional hard clunk. Also, sometimes takes a while for the electronic gear selector to change gears from reverse back into drive. 
15000 mi Trans slips on 1st to 2nd gear upshift when cold. Also has rough downshift from 8 to 7 and 7 to 6. Software update performed but was not successful in repairing the issue.
