285-horsepower 3.6L V6 6-speed manual 4WD, part-time w/low range

35000 mi Clutch made noise when engaged which was only noticeable when engine was off. Throwout bearing replaced. 
21200 mi Manual transmission, pops out of 1st gear on start from stop. Replaced syncro gear, problem still happens. 
32200 mi Repeat of 1st gear popping out from stop. Transmission was rebuilt

70000 mi Manual transmission keeps popping out of reverse and sometimes makes popping noise when taking off in 1st gear . Diagnosis by dealer indicated Transmission needed to be repaired, so they put in a new one under warranty.
