turbocharged 201hp 2.1L I4 Diesel Hybrid 7-speed shiftable automatic RWD

4960 mi during intervention for which cars were called in by MB, the air intake tube of the turbo was damaged. Weeks later, it suddenly limited my car to 2K revs; was "fixed"by other dealer along the road, original dealer did final fix.

10000 mi Check Engine Light came on. Dealership says they updated software. Dealership didn't know what was wrong other than the light was on and they updated the software. 
18000 mi Engine stalled out twice with car shifting 2-> 
25600 mi No-start. Car would energize the starter for a normal amount of time, but no ignition. Car seemed to think the engine was running when it wasn't. Replaced air shrouds, crankshaft sensor, more software updates Radiator coolant fluid smell from outside vehicle. Replaced cap, replaced seals Rough idle / swaying back & forth motion of car ever since they updated the software. 
47000 mi Car will sometimes crank but no ignition. Various systems updated, Crankshaft sensor replaced, all 3 batteries in the car replaced. Replacing the batteries made the problem go away for awhile, but it came back.
