28000 mi The key could not be put into the ignition. My wife was stranded 3 times with the same problem. A white plastic piece (dust cover?) blocked the entrance for the key. After searching the internet, I sprayed in lubricant and pried it back with different items (a sucker stick worked well). The last time I pried it back with a flat head screw driver until I heard a snap. I probably broke the plastic piece but we haven't had the problem since (over a month).
