2005 Audi A8 / S8 Real Gas Mileage: Pros

The Audi A8L is an interesting car if bought used. As it is a premium model, it is often bought on lease or by rich people. It is also all aluminium - when sold they are usually in great condition. The fuel economy is good for its size - about 12 miles a gallon city and 22 highway. For an 8 cylinder, all wheel drive performance car this is not bad. However high gas prices make it nota very economic choice for the gas version. With the introduction of the diesel version means used vehicles will come onto th eused market in about three years (2106). Fuel consumption will be better. see full Audi A8 / S8 review
