2008 Audi Q7 4dr SUV

350-horsepower 4.2L V8 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD

16000 mi Air suspension on vehicle lowered far below the lowest user-selectable setting. Once the vehicle was shut off the suspension reset itself to normal. Audi dealer found an associated TSB and flashed the appropriate firmware.

280-horsepower 3.6L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD

C $65000 Issues with the steering wheel shimmy since new. Dealer took approximately 7 weeks to finally fix the issue. Heavier control arms were installed and that appeared to have fixed it.

Power steering hose replaced. The hose was $400 and took a couple days for part to arrive. The labor was $150. The hose leaked badly suddenly all power steering fluid was lost.
