Why the 2007 BMW 3-Series?

Handling

Handles like a dream. Is a little stiff with the run flat tires, but stock suspension (non- sport package) is supple.

Powertrain performance

Power at every rpm. 0-60 in low 5s, sub 5 seconds. The N54 engine in the 07s, 08s, and 09s can be easily tuned.

Fuel economy

With a large engine (300hp), it gets 26-29 on the hwy and around 19 in the city.

Why Not the 2007 BMW 3-Series?

Reliability & durability

High pressure fuel pumps are known to fail on these cars. Injectors and wastegates are also known to have problems.
