Electrical component failures caused by poor body assembly and sealing. GM will not warranty BCM or under hood fuse panel that failed by "environmental conditions" (snow & Ice & rain) Poor engineering.
No variance from written. No appellate board for discussion. Items, if designed properly would last did not.
Dealer is interested in selling cars and parts. Not interested in solving problems or going to bat for you.
