11780   Noticed clunk in steering - dealer replaced intermediate steering shaft under warranty.

22000 mi US $2500 $2500 of Factory Warranty for I-Shaft, Tie Rods, bearings, bushings, and linkage on entire front end replaced 
30000   The truck had been pulling to the right side, an alignment was paid for and within 500 miles, the pulling returned. Dealership diagnosed the tie rods being bad, replaced the tie rods and refunded alignment cost. Also replaced intermediate steering shaft.

58000 mi US $180 Had a lot of looseness/play in the steering, especially when turning at full extent. Apparently problem was a worn steering rod, which was not covered under warranty. May have been due to our rough roads, but kind of odd. 
61000   Our passenger side wheel hub assembly completely disintegrated in early February (probably courtesy of 5 years of upstate New York) along with the wheel bearing to the tune of $580.
