Best Chevy yet! A member from Utah, United States Best Reason to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Cargo capacity & towing Suburban is the most versatile vehicle on the planet. We can haul our large family, tow our trailer and other toys, use it for chores, camping, and take it out for a night on the town. This is our second one, and we couldn't be happier with the 'Burb's capabilities. Best Reason Not to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Fuel economy I don't really have any complaints about this vehicle for our uses. But many people do buy them and don't use them for their intended purposes, and then complain about paying for gas. Well, it is a truck, after all. Other Reasons to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Interior styling, Powertrain performance, Ride smoothness, Past personal experience This member owns or leases the reviewed vehicle. read full review |

A member from Pennsylvania, United States Best Reason to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Rear seat room & comfort Great room and comfort for family of 6. Only vechile in this category in 2002 when purchased. 10 years later still in good shape, and happy with vehicle. Would have considered Ford Expedition EL if had been available. Best Reason Not to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Fuel economy As can be expected, with a large vehicle comes a large appetite. 16-18mpg is average, espeically with the ethanol gas nowadays. Other Reasons to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Ride smoothness, Safety & braking, Handling, Feature availability Other Reasons Not to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Brand reputation & image This member owns or leases the reviewed vehicle. read full review |

A member from Arkansas, United States Best Reason to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Front seat support & comfort GMT800 series vehicles fit me better than any other. I prefer the '06 Tahoe to the '09 GMC Sierra i had prior to the Equinox i traded for the Tahoe. The Equinox was okay on a straight road, other than that, it was terrible! No lateral support at Other Reasons to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Cargo capacity & towing, Ride smoothness, Interior styling, Powertrain performance This member owns or leases the reviewed vehicle. read full review |

A member from New York, United States Best Reason to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Safety & braking I like knowing that if I were to ever get into accident, my family and I would be safe. The Tahoe stops pretty good too considering its sheer size and wait. Airbags in all three rows adds peace of mind, and the backup camera works great for its purpose. A member from Illinois, United States Best Reason to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Powertrain performance Even with the 4 speed auto, the Sub seemed to be a superior performer to the 6 speed Expedition EL. Firm but smooth shifting and plenty of power. A member from Texas, United States Best Reason to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Ride smoothness Very smooth ride, especially for an SUV. Rivals some luxury vehicles Best Reason Not to Buy the Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban: Rear seat room & comfort Rear seat leg room cramped.
