4dr SUV 291-horsepower 4.2L I6 4-speed automatic 4WD w/low range

Why the 2007 Chevrolet TrailBlazer?

Powertrain performance

The 4200 i6 is a very strong engine, and the 4 spd automatic works well with the torquey motor. Extremely smooth engine, and fairly quiet, even at higher rpms.

Cargo capacity

Cargo capacity is okay for a midsize vehicle, but for towing, this is one of the few games still in town in the midsize body-on-frame arena, allowing it to outtow many similar or slightly larger unibody competitors.

Reliability & durability

Our first was a 2003. We only experienced a taillight that was replaced under recall and foam baffles in the front fenders that slid out of place. And knock the playskool interior, but it stands up better than many more stylish competitors.
