The 340 H.P. Hemi is a dream engine. Lots of power on hand when needed and very civilized when just cruising. The transmission is very smooth and very responsive. I love listening to this engine!!
The steering has just the right feel. The big wheels and tires respond well and the ride is firm but luxurious. The turning radius is a bit shorter than most and makes the car easy to park and turn.
The smooth Hemi V8 is quiet; as is the exhaust note. The sound insulation is quite good which makes for a quiet ride. The Continental tires are fairly quiet but could be better.
I have just returned the 2006 leased 300c and I have purchased a 2008 300c. The previous vehicle was a joy to drive and convinced me to purchase one. The engine, transmission, ride, looks etc. had a positive impact.
