Cause either over torque or cross thread. Noticed large oil leak around plug they replaced using re-tap & heli-coil procedure second day after fix. This time they replaced 4 Plug guidepipes & gasket sets, also talked them into replacing hodd silencer pad which was damaged by 1st problem
