Driver side sliding door interior panel was rubbing on the fender and scratching the paint. Panel was replaced and paint repaired.
Driver side door needed a hinge replacement
Leather steering column cover would not stay clipped to steering column.
Drivers side sliding doors rubbing on wheel well. Dealer replaced interior panel. Door is still rubbing will have to return to dealer.
Squeak in cabin when on bumpy road. Unfastened visor clamp. Shop readily repaired. Tech said has had several, apparently clips not pushed in all the way, or the “legs” need to be spread apart more, so tightly engage.
The lens had come off of the right side mirror turn signal repeater. This is a known Town & Country/VW Routan problem. The part (68052079-AC) was replaced under warranty.

The protective lens on the blind spot monitor located on the exterior mirrors had fallen off. The part and to be ordered. Dealer installed at no cost, covered by warranty.
Discovered part of the a/c drainage system installed backwards at factory causing condensation to back up into interior. After several trips to dealer, issue resolved, carpets replaced and received $2000 check from Chrysler, for my patience.
Rattle in back, braking problem. TSB on brakes, but not the ones we had to replace.

Plastic air dam above back window warped, plastic on bumper same problem.
Plastic Airdam replaced.
The vinyl portion of the drivers seat developed a crack.
Driver's door rattling over grainy surfaces/rough roads. Tech could hear problem but could not fix after extensive work. Returned a second time to have issue resolved. Rear opening panel that houses 3rd row, middle seat seat belt not able to secure seat belt. Entire panel had to be ordered and replaced. Interior trim piece for rear opening replaced.
Driver's door rattle finally diagnosed and repaired; no parts used. Adjusted door and lubricated all hinges.
There was a creaking sound when accelerating from a stop or coming to a stop.
There is a rattle in the middle row overhead console.
Passenger and driver side rear power doors rattle and squeak. Went to dealer and repairs made (tightened and aligned). Passenger door fixed but, driver side started making noise after about one month. Have taken it back a few times.
Window shade on passenger power sliding door would not retract. Window shade fixed under warranty.

Basically there is a rattle on the driverside between the sliding door and the driver's door. You hear the noise when coming to a stop. The dealership have worked on the car 4 times replacing molding and other parts and the problem still exists.
There was a noise coming from the passenger side. The dealership added insulated tape around wires and fixed the problem.
Right front door handle replaced because of scratch. Vehicle returned day after delivery. Dent in liftgate, multiple paint repairs on hood, left side of vehicle and liftgate. Replaced right side lower moulding (off colour).
Corrosion on all four tire rims. Sent out for refinish. Repair took 3 days.
Rattle in left sliding door. No insulation, dealer repaired.
Right side screws around inside panel on liftgate rusting.
Left lower front seat side panel broken. Replaced by dealer. Loose left B post pillar outside appliques.
Carpet lifting up Gearshift knob fell off
Previously repaired carpet lifted again. Back to the dealer to repair
D/S sliding door hinge needs to be replaced due to squeak and rattle.
Rust in both front fenders, driver rear wheel well and door bottom fixed.
Driver side door latch loose (again). Readjusted latch, roller and lubed door seal and stopper.
Plastic side trim on driver's side seat came off.
The problem was one missing rear screw which caused the front plastic mount to break off. (the front screw was still there) Problem was fixed with a long sheetrock screw and a plumbing plastic seal.
Car makes rattle notice when just coming to a stop. Was told they had to start at the Catalytic converter first but it might not solve the problem. Not a warranted part anymore. Wanted $800, I declined.
My door locks would not work. My dealership where I bought the car tried to fix it.....twice. Finally I left them (for good) ......they no longer sell Chrysler.....and I went to Chrysler dealeership about 15 miles further away.
Headliner sagging more and more over the past year..Fabric replaced, looks better now than when it was new..going on 13 years old gotta expect stuff like that..original plugs, belts and
hoses and stuff like that yet..
