Best Reason to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Interior styling
Just took our 2011 T&C from Wisconsin to Florida. Everyone who rode in it down in Florida thought it was very nice. Even my sister with a Mercedes SUV like the T&C better than hers.

Best Reason Not to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Dealer practices
When I bought this van, I was not happy with the dealer experience. The last two T&C vans we leased at the same dealer and the sales mgr took care of everything himself. He let us test drive the van for days, did all the deals with no upfront costs at all. He even changed the license plates for us. For the 2011 they had a new mgr and it was painful to deal with him. Back and forth between the sales person and him. And in the end I think I got screwed on the old van I turned in. You would think after leasing 5 T&C vans there would be a preferred customer program or something. I thing they should just deliver the van to me and take the old one away.

Other Reasons to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Ride smoothness, Driving position & visibility

Appealing interior: gauges, radio, bluetooth, hvac controls all look good and are easy to use. Seats are attractive and comfortable. I like the umbrella tray, dash mounted shifter, blind spot mirrors.

Live Sirius Satellite TV is great for keeping my children happy on road trips. No DVDs to keep track of. Its the only vehicle in its class with this feature. The Bluetooth Unconnect hands-free cellphone voice activated NAV is great also. Stow and Go!

Best Reason to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Cargo capacity
Stow-n-Go great for my lifestyle-traveling to bicycling & triathlon events & to home improvement store saving me $$ by avoiding delivery charges for bulky stuff. I did not get towing package, but that allows towing up to 3500 lb

Best Reason Not to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Materials & workmanship
Interior fit/finish could be better for MSRP $37k plus, although street price is much lower. Not that bad, just could be better.

Other Reasons to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Powertrain performance, Quietness, Ride smoothness

Other Reasons Not to Buy the Chrysler Town & Country: Rear seat room & comfort, Color choices, Handling
