General NotesHow do we select "competing car models"? Users of TrueDelta's car price comparison tool most often compare these cars to the Dodge Caliber.Models and statistics marked with an asterisk (*) have very low sample sizes. These results, visible only to logged-in members, provide only a rough estimate of car reliability.
Any result under 20 repair trips per 100 cars is likely a result of the small sample size, and should be expected to increase to 20 or so in future updates.
New models often start out with high repair rates, and then improve as the manufacturer identifies and addresses common problems. MethodologyOnly successfully completed repairs are currently included in the analysis. Routine maintenance, most wear items, recalls, and problems fixed with just a reflash or warning light reset are not included.

About 2000 miles driven, no problems to report. Perfect. |
| 2007 | 4dr Hatch 158-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD |
I have put 57,000 miles on this car with only a few minor issues after delivery during the first 3,000 miles. No problems since. Most reliable car I have ever owed. |
| 2007 | 4dr Hatch 158-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD |
Only have about 8,000 miles on it, but so far so good! Only problem was failure start due to a defective Astro Start unit which drained the battery. |

| 2007 | 4dr Hatch 158-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD |
I was concerned that the car might have reliability issues, partly because it was a new model. |
| 2007 | 4dr Hatch 158-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD |
Had to replace brakes and rotors at 33,000 miles. Since day 1, mysterious water leak makes drip sound after rain. Floors in front and back on passenger side often damp or wet and get smelly. Been told it would take extensive testing to find problem. |
| 2007 | 4dr Hatch 172-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT AWD |
The ball joints and lower control arms should not be junk at 45K miles. Brakes AND rotors before 30k? |
| 2007 | 4dr Hatch 158-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD |
Already had a couple of problems with this car in the first year that required dealer maintenance. |
