30000 mi Aluminum alloy wheels started corroding. Corrosion was in center and outer edges of wheels. Dealer took pictures of the defects and submitted them to the manufacturer(Chrysler). Chrysler approved for two wheels to be replaced.

Driver lock and window unit began not working, continual activating and causing battery to die. Noticed when rained, door would fill with water. Finally unit quit working at all. Owner after part ordered caused by prev repair done wrong.

251-horsepower 4.0L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD

3000 mi TO replace a buckled scuff pad on rear bumper 
4000 mi Windshield Honking noise repaired with silicone caulking. 
17000 mi clear coat on alloy wheels cracking all 4 alloy wheels replaced 
51000 mi sliding door mechanism again fell apart, had to tighten bolt 
3000 mi Defective seat belt latch. Repaired defective seat belt latch. 
7000 mi Passenger front door clunks during start or stop. 
13000 mi Doors are clunking worse than ever, keeps getting worse. Person who would normally work on the problem was out sick, so an appointment was rescheduled which fell in following month. The top of the rear bumper had faulty fasteners from the factory. The bumper top comes loose and bows (especially in heat). There is an existing TSB related to the problem. 
13000 mi Bumper plastic was bowed. Replaced clips and scratch plate. Driver and Passenger doors clunking all the time. They tried a special "lube" on the seals, it did not correct the issue. They put noise monitors all over and drove around, and then took apart a couple of the doors and made some adjustments.

15000 mi Still working on solving the noise from driver side doors. Noise worse after this trip to dealer. 
16000 mi Door making worse noise. Dealership couldn't fix it yet again. They now refuse to look at the problem any further.

3000 mi Rattles when going over bumps, noticable mostly at speeds 30mph or less. Some minivans came from the factory with door seals not properly lubricated. Already a TSB on this. Seals were soaked in silicone lubricant solving problem so far. 
12000 mi Rear bumper scuff plate was lifting in three places when car was new. Repaired, and now at 12k Chrysler has mfg a different part, evidently the original was defective. To be put on soon. Also looking at rattles <30mph, likely recurring weatherstip probl 
14000 mi Rattles when going over bumps, noticable mostly under 30mph. Recurring problem with door seals. Sliding and rear door seals replaced (upgraded part, supposedly), minor squeeks & rattles still noticable, told by dealer it is inherent in vehicle design.
