Doors are clunking worse than ever, keeps getting worse. Person who would normally work on the problem was out sick, so an appointment was rescheduled which fell in following month. The top of the rear bumper had faulty fasteners from the factory. The bumper top comes loose and bows (especially in heat). There is an existing TSB related to the problem.

Bumper plastic was bowed. Replaced clips and scratch plate. Driver and Passenger doors clunking all the time. They tried a special "lube" on the seals, it did not correct the issue. They put noise monitors all over and drove around, and then took apart a couple of the doors and made some adjustments.
