Replaced Wheel stud on the new wheel hub that had been replaced 6 months prior due to another broken wheel stud. My opinion is that the shop used an air gun and overtightened the lug nut. Asked they Please use a torque wrench this time and they said that they did but I checked with my own torque wrench and it had been overtightened again

One of the rear hatch's struts came loose when opening the hatch. Upon closing, the strut was forced out the top of the hinge, causing damage to paint, trim, and the hatch panel itself. The strut was replaced on this trip, not the damage.
