The powertrain is solid, the expedition could use a little more horsepower, but that can easily be fixed with after market parts.
2003 and up models have great exterior styling, not too boxy but not too sleek.
After 120,000 miles nothing has needed replaced on the expedition other then normal scheduled maintenance.
In the Expedition the ride feels more like a car rather then a track. Great for cruising on long road trips.
