Took it to Ford They would not sure of the problem, we would have to pay for part first. charged $120 to do nothing a lot of wethink The navigation went out took it to Ford, again they were guessing not sure but we could buy the part for over $400 and they would try it. Charged to look at it $120. Said I may need a new cd I ask if they tried one there, they don't have one
