On accel from a stop, clunk felt in drive train. Cleaned and lubed splines of drive shaft slip yolk per TSB 12-7-13. Repair drive shaft boot. When slowing to a stop at about 2 or 3 mph feels like transmission will not disengage. Vehicle jerks then slows normally to a stop. Advise 110812A Reprogram PCM and TCM, perform adaptive strategy learn.
The rear seal bearing needed repairing as water had entered it.
Truck would lurch forward after a full stop. 1-2 SHIFT VALVE STICKING IN BORE CLEANED AND RECONDITIONED MAIN CONTROL. REINSTALLED REFILLED AND ROAD TEST VEHICLE RESET KAM AND REFLASHED TO LATEST CALIBRATION.
Transmission was experiencing a rough 2-1 downshift. Service repair bulletin existed for known problem with limited number of 6R80 transmissions - friction plate replacement done.

Rear end was clunking when going into gear. They replaced the left axle, shimmed the driveshaft, adjusted back lash, replaced ring and pinion.
