2012 Ford Focus 4dr Sedan

160-horsepower 2.0L I4 6-speed automated manual FWD

9920 mi   Chrome bezel on steering wheel was flaking off. Happened above the steering audio controls. Needed to get replace because the flaking chrome is very sharp and cut finger on it. 
35960   Chrome flaking of steering wheel trim 
15000   Headliner came loose.

11800   Passenger grab handle is extremely loose. It moves a good half an inch back and forth. Dealer looked at it said a clip was broken from factory. Ordered part in November dealer says it is back ordered and still no part.

4000 mi   Knee pad panel on left console improperly installed and deformed. Dealer ordered part and reports backordered

4300 mi   A small panel used to cover a screw on the passenger side font door was loose. Dealer originally tried flexing tabs to secure it. It still came loose so a new part was ordered and shipped to my house. 
16500   Hinge on removeable cargo shelf (hatchback) broke. Dealer sent photos to Ford and it will be replaced under warranty. 
29000   Had piece of door trim replaced again becuase it kept coming loose. 
3500   Piece of weatherstripping came lose on passenger side rear door and was getting stuck in door, making it difficult to close the door. Parts ordered. Dealer applied anti-rattle tape to the back of the front passenger door panel to silence what was becoming a persistent rattle in the vicinity of the map pocket. 
7500   Replaced beltline molding that was coming loose. 
3000   Body panels were misaligned. Door would stick and it looked terrible. Service manager had to drive car back to assembly plant for fix. 
11000   Carpet on rear, passenger side seat back had com loose. headliner console had a crack

1000 mi   Drive side door trim needed adjusting as the door was 'sticky' when opening from inside. Repair took less than 5 minutes.
