Door hinge on drivers side door has a metal squeak. Replaced the slide and removed door, extensive diagnosis by techs and body shop. Problem was unable to be pinpointed. Problem not resolved. Rattle with rear spoiler. Earlier repairs for rattles and water leak. Nothing was repaired at this time. Screws keep falling out of the spoiler and the trim covering has started rattling now because it has been taken off many times.

Ford Corporate was involved, engineering rep said it was considered a engineering defect with the car. Solution was to cut out A pillar and repair. I chose to decline the fix as it would compromise the safety cage of the vehicle and residual value.
