turbocharged 252hp 2.0L I4 6-speed manual FWD

1000 mi Motor mounts replaced
I had the TSB 13-6-10 done before picking up the car. Basically the rear engine mount is too soft and will bottom out (bang) when shifted hard.
6000 mi I could not pump gas in addition to smelling gas. It would keep cutting off the pump. That turned out to be a spider web in the fuel line (weird), but they also noticed a fuel line fault, so they replaced it.
19000 mi Inconsistent revs when the clutch was pushed in. The rpm would dip way too low when idling, almost stalling out. Wiring harness needed to be replaced, faulty splicing job. It was a recall. Also got a preventive TSB done for center dash. Took it in for a gas smell, but that was ruled NPF
1000 mi Could not add fuel to vehicle, multiple gas station pumps would recognize as "Full" when tank near empty. Dealer fixed and listed as "Slow fuel tank fill spitback"
25000 mi An incorrectly crimped wiring harness results in rough starts/poor performance. Experienced 3 times, after heavy rain. No boost pressure, ran poorly until restarted. Recall has been issued, parts end of Sept. Recall ID: 14S17.
4900 mi The motor mounts are too soft and I'm on the list for the TSB repair. Parts supply is apparently thin.
4000 mi Car had stuttering and CELs thrown. When CEL or Service Engine Now warning active, car was dangerous to drive. Depressing clutch caused car to stall and engine cut power significantly.
5000 mi

US $100
Continued issue with CEL and Service Engine Now warnings. Car was dangerous to drive. Car would throw error and then clear if restarted. Problem was intermittent. Dealer blamed air filter.
5000 mi Repeated CEL and Service Engine Now warnings. Wire harness stretched and frayed. Known issue. TSB released to repair issue. Third trip before fixed.
27300 mi Recall 14S17 Engine Wiring Splice Repair. The headlight warning light had come on briefly twice. Engine would frequently "stumble" when resuming after a stop.

Car would reluctantly start, barely run and had no throttle response. Car was towed to local dealership. Several hours of diagnosis and labor to replace components resulted in a cost of over $2,800 including parts.

55000 mi

Key was not recognized by vehicle (MyFordKey not found!) and several relays were inop with false warning lights. Diagnostics by dealer were inconclusive. No parts replaced. Fixed by reset of ECU by detaching battery for 10 mins.
34000 mi TSB preformed for Idle quality problems and dips. Related to earlier recall done on a poor quality wiring splice. Coolant Smell coming from vehicle after driving. No coolant loss, no visible leaks. However spoken to other owners who have reported same problem. Rough idle, surging, other rough running when cold that resemble carbon build up on intake valves. Continues to get worse over time. Dealer says no problem, could not reproduce but admitted to not driving it when it was cold.
69000 mi "Engine Fault Service Now" message on dash. Car goes into limp mode. Car has been to dealer 7-8 times in last 18 months for same issue. Same symptoms continue. Only happens once every 2 weeks or so. Will go away with key cycle.

5000 mi TSB to replace all motor mounts with redesigned mounts and to replace clutch line with a longer one. The factory motor mount was to0 soft for the amount of torque, too much movement of the engine during shifting at high RPM, causing a bang and wheel hop.
