43000 mi Transmission was shifting hard between 1st and 2nd gear when the outside temp was below 50 degrees. After analyzing the problem the tech determined that transmission needed to be rebuilt. During the tear down a manufacturing issue was discovered in the case. The repair was covered under the power train and extended warranty I have the the vehicle.

42700 mi Clicking noise from front left while turning. Dealer diagnosed as differential problem. Differential replaced, but problem returned within a day of picking up the car. 
44000 mi Clicking noise remained after differential replacement. Dealer found TSB for CV axle replacement. Driver side CV axle replaced.
