36200 mi blend air actuator had to be replaced. broken part making loud clack noise in vent.
25000 mi Battery acid leak. Dealer replaced the battery and one of the connectors under warranty.
39000 mi In looking at what to report this time around, I saw it included things I've chosen to live with. So, here I'll report an issue I've been ignoring a long time. It's a clicking sound that is from the actuator for the defrost re-circulation door when first turning the key. It started in January of 2014 and has continued to work. I've gotten cost estimates to repair it, which only requires small hands and the proper tools (that one day I'll find to fix it myself) and the ~$50 part, but Ford and another establishment want to charge upward of $250 to do it. They say it includes diagnosis, although I diagnosed it myself. I say that is too high and as long as the defrost and the re-circulation works, I can live with the clicking at the initial turn of my key.

5040 mi Central computer that controls all lights of the car was replaced under warranty
16740 mi The AC was making noise when starting the engine then it stopped. Supposed to be a ventilation motor to open the ventilations. The motor was changed. when I press on the brake pedal I heard a noise on the transmission automatic handle area. It was the solenoid for the break lock for the transmission
24000 mi Light on the doorsill (under where it says 'Mustang') wasn't lighting up all the lights so the color displays incorrectly... like if it was supposed to be blue, it was green, etc. Told they didn't see it (though it's obvious).
