Ford Sync is not that great, unresponsive at times, sync your phone is terrible to speak to 2nd party....they can't hear you
lot of body gaps, trunk lid rubs against the rear bumper cap rubbing the paint off.....don't bother taking it to the dealer...they and Ford will tell you it from putting objects in the trunk
would not buy another Ford Taurus ...
