Introduction

  • Quiet ride, very quiet
  • Huge backseat - can fit 3 carseats
  • Enormous trunk
  • Excellent transmission
  • Engine has PLENTY of power for even this large vehicle
  • Gas mileage is actually pretty good considering the size of the vehicle. I average 24 MPG in a mix of city / highway. Highway only 28-30
  • I'm a fan of My Ford Touch, it's always worked well for me; just ensure you have the update
  • Best voice commands around
  • Easy to get in and out of
  • This car has the 20" OEM rims and looks fantastic

I will add, however, that depending on what vehicle you are coming from that you may find the front seat to be less spacious than the vehicle appearance suggests. I'm coming from a cavalier, so relatively I didn't need much extra room. Please do a test drive. For some people it's ok, but larger individuals it probably won't be. I'm 6', 200lb.

Agree Agree Agree....

Mine is a 2011 and going strong. I only have 48K miles on it but that includes 2 long road trips and several 350 mile road trips. Mileage is great, Reliability is Super, Looks great too.

I think I have 19 inch rims and was concerned about tire life with this new style tire for me. I was quite surprised by the excellent handling (34psi tire pressure all the way around) and very good tire life. Changed them at 40K and the guy selling me the tires said that I did not need them yet!
Could have put more than 50K on them but I only have one car and in the desert the heat kills tires and batteries so I always replace them ahead of time.

Plenty of power....The perfect automobile...

This was my first Ford and I will most likely buy another when this one gets "old".
