35000 mi The cv boot was torn, ( same wheel, i believe it was damaged during previous work by dealer. Cv joint and axle was replaced under extended warranty.

turbocharged 365hp 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD

14000 mi Half-shaft recall performed. Was making noise. 
5000 mi Car lost power and left me stranded. Would no longer move with gas pedal pressed. Dealer found transmission cooler hose leak the emptied the entire amount of tranny fluid on the highway. 1 day to locate problem, 28 days to wait for a hose fitting part.... 
49000 mi Noticed burnt oil smell under hood. Noticed oil toward back of engine bay. Dealer found PTU power take off unit to be bad which is a known problem on awd fords. Replaced free and would have been 2400$ if warranty hadnt covered. 
21400 mi The fuel pump recall was performed along with the front axle TSB for clinking. Its been a few months since the repair, but something still seems loose in the front end.
