My 1990 Accord had proven to be a very satisfactory vehicle. The only major problem was an overhaul of the front end at about 140K miles.
Historically superb reliability was a major factor. An overall feeling of comfort- and the strong sense I would not get stuck with a lemon- also was a major consideration.
The truck was more accessible on the Accord than it was on either the Camry or the Aura. That was primarily a "wife consideration", but was nonetheless a factor.
Is pretty good for a car in its class. Probably no better than the Camry, but certainly better than the Aura, which I also had been seriously considering.
